The Brussels Shakespeare Society Committee has the pleasure to invite you to its 2026 Annual General Assembly (AGM)!
The AGM will take place on Saturday 26 September at 14:00 at avenue d'Italie 36, 1050 Ixelles, with members having the option of attending via Zoom if they are not in Belgium.
Attached you will find the form to submit motions. Please submit your motions at the latest by Saturday 19 September at 23:59 to benjamin.peuch@gmail.com and estherpozovera@hotmail.com.
You will also find:
- The Chairperson’s report;
- The Treasurer’s report;
- The draft agenda;
- The power of attorney to delegate your vote in case you cannot attend;
- The minutes of the 2025 AGM.
Kind reminder: Only paid members of the society are eligible to vote at the meeting.
So, if you have not already done so, now is a good time to pay your 2026 membership, by making a EUR 10 transfer to the BSS account: BE85 3100 2005 1606.
